Please read these terms of service ("terms", "terms of service") carefully before using this website (the "service") operated by Clinical Match Me.

Confidentiality and Non-Circumvention

By creating a student account on our website, you may receive messages and offers from preceptors. We expect you to keep the preceptor's information private. Also, prior to accepting an offer and paying for the placement, you may only communicate with preceptors via our secure messaging system. You may not email, phone or otherwise communicate with a preceptor outside our website. If you attempt to contact a preceptor directly, or if you try to bypass our service and offer to pay a preceptor directly, we will terminate your account and block you from using our system in the future. Additionally, if you manage to circumvent the system and book a placement directly with a preceptor, you will still be liable to us for the placement fee plus legal fees, which could be substantial.

Likewise, by creating a preceptor account on our website, you will gain access to names of students seeking preceptors. We expect you to keep this information private. Also, prior to a student accepting your offer, you may only communicate with students via our secure messaging system. You may not email, phone or otherwise communicate with a student outside our website. If you attempt to contact a student directly, or if you try to bypass our service and ask a student to pay you directly, we will terminate your account and block you from using our system in the future. Additionally, if you manage to circumvent the system and book a placement directly with a student, you will still be liable to us for the placement fee plus legal fees, which could be substantial.

Preceptor Ratings

By creating a preceptor account on our website, you agree that students may rate their rotation with you when it ends. Once you have at least 3 ratings, your average rating, the number of ratings and the comments our team has approved will appear on the offers and messages you send to students. We keep each student's name private, and we remove names, contact details and links from comments before they appear. We may also use ratings when matching preceptors with students.

Conditions of Use

The services we provide to you are subject to the conditions stated in this document. Each time you visit this website, use its services or make a purchase, you accept these conditions. We encourage you to read them carefully.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms of service, and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them, your use of this website, or any products or services you purchase from us (including disputes involving Clinical Match Me's business partners and associates), are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the United States, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. You and Clinical Match Me consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in San Juan, Puerto Rico for the resolution of any such dispute.

License and Site Access

We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of this website. You are not allowed to download or modify it without written consent from us.

User Account

If you are an owner of an account on this website, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your private user details (username and password). You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password. We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders in their sole discretion.
