It depends on the partnership model you choose. The default model is pure referral: $0 to your school, no contract, students pay our service fee directly. We also offer two paid options if you want deeper involvement: outsourced placement administration (you pay us per placement) or fee subsidization (your school pays all or part of the student fee). Most schools start with the default and explore the paid options later.
Either works. Most of the programs we work with simply refer students when their own preceptor network is exhausted. No formal partnership required. A smaller number sign a formal Memorandum of Understanding for cleaner administrative tracking. Whichever fits your school’s policies.
Most rotations are a flat $1,995. Payment plans available up to 24 months, so students can spread the cost. Money-back guarantee: if we can’t place them, they don’t pay.
We use your school’s existing affiliation agreement template and route it through your normal approval workflow. We coordinate with the preceptor’s facility and handle the back-and-forth on your behalf. We do not impose our own paperwork standards on your program.
Every preceptor in our network is licensed, malpractice-insured, and verified for specialty alignment. Your program retains final approval authority. The preceptor still has to clear your school’s own standards before the rotation is confirmed.
Most students receive their first preceptor offer within a few weeks of registration. Time-to-rotation-start depends on the affiliation agreement turnaround, typically driven by the school’s internal approval pace, not by us.
Visibility into every referred student’s status: which preceptor they’re matched with, where they’re rotating, the rotation start and end dates, and current stage in the process. Available on demand or as a regular report on the cadence you prefer.
