We guarantee that your school will approve your preceptor. If your school rejects the preceptor, just send us a copy of the rejection letter and we’ll issue a full refund immediately. Or at your option, we can find you another preceptor.
Preceptor
We guarantee that your preceptor will follow through. If the preceptor cancels or disappears, before or during the rotation, you’ll receive a full refund. Or at your option, we can find you another preceptor. Please note that “for cause” terminations are not eligible for a refund. If your preceptor terminates your rotation because you broke the facility rules, failed to show up, engaged in unsafe behavior, violated HIPAA, etc… that would not qualify for a refund.

Most of our competitors guarantee that your chosen preceptor will accept you. If not, you get your deposit back. When they talk about their “perfect preceptor guarantee”, etc… that’s what they mean. They’re not guaranteeing a great preceptor, they’re just guaranteeing that the preceptor will accept you.
This “guarantee” isn’t necessary with Clinical Match Me because in our system, you don’t pay a deposit until YOU accept a preceptor’s offer. Preceptors send you offers and YOU accept or decline each offer. It’s the opposite of how other companies work and it puts you, the student, in the driver’s seat. We don’t need to guarantee that the preceptor will accept you because it’s the other way around. You’re the one who decides which offers to accept!
No, if your school rejects your preceptor for any reason whatsoever, we’ll either replace your preceptor or issue a full refund (your choice).
No! Even if you make a mistake and contract with a preceptor who doesn’t meet your school’s requirements, you’re still eligible for a refund.
No, we don’t. Our job is to match you with a preceptor who meets your requirements and your school’s requirements. After a preceptor sends you an offer, you’ll have every opportunity to review the preceptor’s credentials and CV, to exchange messages with the preceptor and to conduct a video interview of the preceptor. Additionally, most students receive offers from multiple preceptors, so it’s your preceptor, YOUR choice.
The vast majority of our students are thrilled with their preceptors and we go to great lengths to vet our preceptors. We take all complaints about preceptors seriously and investigate them to ensure that all our preceptors are doing their best to provide our students with a great experience. However, there’s always the possibility of a personality conflict or some other unforeseen issue. In that situation, it’s best to try to work it out with your preceptor directly. If that doesn’t work, you can always contact us for assistance. We’ll do our best to help mediate the situation, but we don’t offer a money-back guarantee after the rotation starts.
No, we don’t. No person or company can guarantee that a student will pass a class. This type of guarantee would be illegal and unethical, to say the least. A clinical rotation is an educational experience and just like any class, you will pass or fail based on the work you do. We have no control over that.
